Originally from Louisiana, I moved to Tennessee to pursue my dream of songwriting and to get my degree as a Commercial Songwriting major at MTSU. I’ve been chapter head and social media chair of NSAI, campus rep for GrammyU and selected for the Leadership class of CMAedu this year. I’ve had two internships within the music industry and look forward to a long career in Nashville. MTSU is amazing and has not only increased my knowledge of songwriting, but also taught me so much about the music industry in general. My goal as a songwriter is to write the stories and feelings that other people experience in a way that they can connect with. The greatest feeling is to hear my friends and followers tell me that one of my songs touched them or said exactly what they were feeling. We are the storytellers for our generation.

I love to share stories through the gift of song. Recently graduating from MTSU with a degree in Commercial Songwriting and a minor in Classical Piano, I am working to release new music while dropping weekly Podcast episodes on my show, “Faith & Friends”. Each episode is centered around scripture, stories, and songs where guests share a recent book release, song, or testimony, leaving her audience inspired and uplifted. I have two current releases, “On This Side of Heaven” and “Dear Eve”, available on all streaming platforms. My next single, “Hey Little Birdie” will be released at the beginning of September 2021.
